hello everyone!today’s video is gonna be about haul. tadahhhit’s been a long time since my last haul video about sephora and ulta’s haul 2 monthsago. and i received many requests on my haul thisnovember. during the 20% sale in sephora for vib rougelast week, i’ve bought some new stuffs, along with some colourpop products and someother stuffs from ulta. so stay tuned to know what they are. this is the box that i received from ulta. huge, right? and all others the stuffs that i’ve bought from sephora, colourpop are also inside this box.
i actually haven’t opening any of theseyet. so let’s consider this an unboxing video. tadahh!! first thing is from colourpop. if you arewondering what’s inside… here, let me open this for you. there are 6 lipsticks in this set. this is “back to cool†containing 6 lipsticks, including 1 cream, 1 satin and 4 matte lipsticks. i also bought 4 other individual lipsticks, all matte. if you want to see a swatch video for these babes, please comment below. i’m so excited to try them on because this set is soooo pretty with 6 easy-to-use shades.
the last product from colourpop is a pinky taupe blush, girl power. i’ve already used colourpop blush before and i love its high pigmentation. the color is not too light, not too loose. the texture is like smooth cream and long-lasting, about5-6 hours. so that’s it for colourpop: a collection, 4 lipsticks and a blush. next are from ulta. let’s see what we’vegot here. i haven’t even opened it yet. this is the shampoo from l’orã©al. and i’ve already used it before. and after using up the tresemmã©, i want to use this one again.
last time i used, it was really good. it made my hair extremely soft. but i don’t remember why i stop using it. maybe because i want to try out new productsfrom other brands. but still i want to use this one again, thispink l’orã©al, extremely smooth. and of course, how can i forget conditioner? i couldn’t brush or blow-dry my hair without using conditioner. so i bought this, same range with the shampoo, smooth intense, which is specific for smoothing hair. as i curl my hair too often, it’s becomefrizzy at the end now. if i don’t take care of it…. next is the famous orange sponge from real techniques.
this is my second one. the first one was used until it was broken to pieces after time and time using and washing. and i used it continuously until i switchedinto beauty blender sponge. this beauty blender sponge is also amazing. but i still like this one, too. and its price is only ⼠of beauty blender sponge. so i use it again. i always use the beauty blender for concealer. it blends smoothly and evenly. it is also used for foundation, too. but i liketo use it for concealer most. so maybe i will use this one for another purposeor maybe for applying another concealer. 'cause i’m too lazy to wash these sponges, or brushes.
ah, next one is a lipstick from calvin klein. this is also the first ck lipstick that i’veowned. this range is only sold in ulta, not in sephora. it is also sold on ck website, but i’ve never seen this website before. ‘cause the first thing of ck that pops up in my head is… boxer. the lid is white, and the body is black. the shade that i’ve bought…. is a brownish nude shade that may look similar with the nude nuance from maybelline that i’ve already swatched.
i’ve swatched this lipstick at the storebefore, it has a soft texture. but somehow i didn’t buy it. maybe because there is no tester for this shade. so when i got home, after staying in frontof my laptop for a long time, i decided to buy this shade. this is the shade no. 220 devotion.and only sold in ulta. so order it right away if you want it, too i don’t want to swatch on my hand yet. ‘cause i always take lots of photos to record its originally beautiful status, before i ruin it. this is the olay eye lifting serum for treating dark undereye circles. if you’ve subscribed me for a long time, then you will know that undereye circles are my huge problem.
after using many different products, there was no improvement at all. so on the occasion of olay’s sale, i bought this serum to try it out. it has many good reviews on the internet and i haven’t used it yet. but i personally like olay products as i’ve already tried the moisturizing cream and cleansing from olay about 1 year ago. though some of you in vietnam don’t like it because it is thought to be for the middle-aged but not for our age. however, i still want to try this and i will definitely review this one for you gals. here it is. this one is wicked cool. this is the lorac palette.
i didn’t open it before, ‘cause i wantto share this moment with you gals. this is the lorac pro palette. it has a whole bunch of reviews. everyone loves it right at the first try. i don’t know why i waited till now to buy. the texture is soooo good. let me show you how good it is. i’ve been using these 2 palettes daily for thelast 2 weeks, which are the lorac and the lorac gold. these are both in warm nude shade. the lorac gold, its name already says it all,has more of the warm, goldish, brown shades. for this lorac unzipped, there is also light pinky shades. and both of these are really easy to use.
i’ve been using these in the latest 3 or4 swatch videos. as they are easy to combine and suitable for any lipstick shades. not too outstanding, not too smoky. and it's effortless to change from day to night makeup look. you can bring it along in your purse. from a light makeup look during the day, toa bolder and more attractive look at night by layering maybe a little bit of brownshade. at first, when i spent 42$ for this palette,i was so nervous. i kept hesitating before clicking on “buy†button. ‘cause 42$ is a considerable amount of money.
but after using this palette, i realized that42$ is extremely worth spending on this. because of the great texture, the high quality and my high frequency of using. i use it almost every day. i really really love both of these. i’ve also just bought lorac mega pro 2 palette. the huge blue one … right there. but it’s too far, so… forget about it! it has lots of colors, but i think it is a little bit harder to use than these 2. i use these 2 non-stop, mostly every day. i really like the texture of it. the eyeshadowon my eyes does not change a bit all day long.
of course with eye primer underneath.but the texture is just… like heaven. that’s why i decided to try out this loracpro palette. this may be the very 1st version of lorac. and let’s check it out! when you buy any lorac palettes, includingthis or those 2 unzipped palettes, they also include a tube of eye primer. very convenient!this one is… about 42$. here it is. all black. there is be a transparent film covering the eyeshadows, and a mirror here. these are the colors. oh my god, all these colors are so pretty.on the upper row, there are (counting) 8 matte colors.
and 8 shimmery colors on the lowerrow. i think i will be using this palette a lotjust by looking at it. i can create a smoky look, or an autumn burgundy look, or even a spring makeup look ‘cause it has a gorgeous pinky shade over here.oh my goddd!!! freakin' gorgeous!! next, it’s another one from ulta, which is the makeup revolution palette. this is a brand from the uk. and the price is equivalent to drugstore’s in the us, usually below 15$. this palette costs 7$. and this is the firsttime that i’ve bought this.
i don’t know if it is good or not. i will use and have a detailed review on this. let me see how many colors inside.(counting) there are 12 colors inside. these are mainly warm pinky shade, quite easy to use. and this one has good reviews, about 4/5.i will try this later. this is the makeup revolution redemption eyeshadow palette iconic 3. sounds like naked 3. there is also a duo brush, with both matteand shimmery colors inside. i’m also using other drugstore palettes.and the quality in all is ok. they are quite highly pigmented, but not long-lasting.
however, if you are a student and you want to find a palette within your reach, then drugstore’s is ok. tell me if you want a video only about affordabledrugstore palettes for students. another product from makeup revolution issalvation intense lip lacquer. i don’t know if this is a matte liquid lipstick or not. as i read a lot of reviews, some said that it'd dry out, some said that it'd not. the color that i bought is pinky nude taupeshade. it smells… a little pungent. oohhh… let see if it will mattify or not. in the meantime,let’s come to other products.
the smell is too pungent. but the color ispretty. this color will look good on any skin tones.this is the shade nothing like anything. another lipstick range from makeup revolutionare these 4 amazing lipsticks. these are the reddy pink, nude, purple, andscarlet red shades. the packaging is quite similar to la girl velvet matte lipsticks. there is also a glossy moisturizing tray at the bottom. these have creamy texture, not matte. actually i cheated last time. i’ve alreadyopened and tried on 2 of these. at first i thought these were classic lipstickswith creamy texture that would not be long-lasting
but it turned out to last for so long, about4-5 hours like matte lipsticks without drying the lips. it stays persistently on my hand. i tried swatching it on my hand last time.of course it would not fade using my fingers. but even after i used makeup remover, it stillretains a stain. so i’m eager to swatch them on my lips for you gals in the next video. these are quite hard to find, as they aremade in the uk. they are only sold there. they are distributed in the us, but only inulta.com. but it is impossible to order online fromvietnam and get shipping there. you can only get them by go-between ordershops in vietnam.
so i’m still confused whether i should makea swatch video or not. though the texture is so amazing that i wantto introduce to you, it is hard to get them. we’re done with the ulta’s. now let’s finally come to sephora’s. let’s see what i’ve got from sephora. the first one is the naked skin from urbandecay. this is a concealer. i’ve heard a lot of reviews for this one. not until now that i’ve bought this one, ‘cause it is so expensive. i’ve purchased the shade light neutral asi have fair neutral skin. this is the first time that i’ve opened it, so i don’t know if it is good or not.
i will use and have a review on this. urban decay is always famous for high-quality products, from eyeshadow palettes, foundation to lipsticks. this one is highly rated on sephora. about 4 stars or higher over 5, i don’t remember. and it only stands behind nars’s. this is quite a relief. hopefully i will like it. the packaging of urban decay always looks so pretty and luxurious. it feels firm on the touch. i like it. now let’s come to nars concealer. this is a mini size. i’m so glad that nars's released this mini size. and nars is super good, with high-rated reviews. i use it for my dark undereye circles. itdoesn’t smudge or get patchy. it lasts for hours.
if you want to invest in a super effective concealer, i would highly recommend nars’s.you can try the mini size at first, which costs 12$. and the quality…. you’re definitely gonna freakin’ love after using it. this is a fullsize that i’ve bought before. this is the shade honey. i think it looks darker compared to my skin tone. so i don’t use it frequently. and this is the mini size. approximately half of the fullsize i think. nope. not even 1/3 of fullsize. the fullsize is 6ml, and this one is only1.4ml. and of course the mini size is more expensive, as always.
this one is 29$. and this one is 12$ if you have medium to dark skin, then this honey shade will be perfect for you. but it you have the same skin tone as i do, you can use the shade vanilla or custard. those are easy to use. i swatched this set at sephora last time. i lovedit but it was already out of stock except for the tester. so i grabbed it as soon as possible in last week sale in sephora. this is the highlight set from josie maran including 3 products. all of these are highlighters but with different textures. this one is powder. the other is creamy liquid. and the last one is creamy wand.
i mostly use powder. but after swatching the other 2, they looked glowlingly bright. i really wanted to try them on. of course, we cannot forget this lipstickthat i’ve bought in sephora, from giorgio armani. this is the shade 300 tangerine, an orangy red shade. the packaging is freakin’ beautiful. i’ve read many reviews on this one. and it’s highly rated for its vivid color, glossiness, long lasting. but the smell is too pungent. it smells like they also put fragrance inside.it’s strange, fragrance-like. here it is.
it looks like lumi pang. this one will be included in the high-endswatch video. another one is the burberry kisses gold limitededition lipstick. i already bought a burberry kisses lipstickin the shade 04 two weeks ago. but i haven’t used it yet. and i also intend to put it in thehigh-end swatch video. the normal version has a grey packaging. butthe limited edition has this golden packaging. and this gold edition only has 2 shades, includingthis 109 military red that and another shade, which is not highly-rated as it appears differently from what it looks like. i don’t know why.here it is
the reason why i bought this is 90% becauseit’s a limited edition. and i have a great passion for limited edition products as they are not available for long. so i gotta have it right away, though i usually don’t wearred lipsticks. i tend to use lipsticks with orange or coralshade daily. so i’m frustrated with myself for buyinglipsticks only because of the packaging. it has a magnetic lid, so it goes back toits initial state right after dropping the lid. the last lipsticks are from the set lolita lip duo from kat von d. and i also already cheated with these. if you’ve already watched my q&a 2 video,i actually used this lolita ii lipstick.
these 2 are mini sizes. and they cost about19.5$. kat von d’s liquid lipstick range is thehighest-rated lipstick in sephora. and i must admit that these are the best liquidlipsticks that i’ve ever used until now. it fulfills all the requirements: the packaging, of the fullsize is quite long and gorgeous, the packaging box is also pretty. the colors, there are lots of shades for this range that everyone can definitely find their own one. last year, i used a shade called outlaw, abloody red one; and another one called bachelorette, a reddy pink shade. both of those shades arevery easy to use.
what else? the texture, which impresses me the most. liquid lipstick tends to dry out a littlebit on the lips after applying 2-3 minutes later like colourpop, as it will become drierand drier on the lips. but the thing for kat von d’s is that it always leaves a super soft feeling on the lips all day long. of course the price for kat von d lipsticks is more expensive than the others. for example, colourpop lipstick only costs 6$ but a fullsize kat von d liquid lipstick costs 20$. but if you intend to invest in an almost perfect liquid lipstick, then take kat von d’s into consideration. i swear you’re not gonna be disappointedat all.
these 2 are orange nude and taupe nude, verygorgeous. lolita has already been released and continuously become one of the best-sellers shades for this range. it is always out of stock in sephora. and this new edition has just been releasedthis year, an orange nude. similar to the shade fleur from la girl lipstick. but this one is has a little more of that brownish shade. both of these look good on any skin tones. they look bright and don’t make your skingrayish. and i use lolita ii more frequently than thislolita i.
though i’ve just bought last week, i wasso so excited that i couldn’t help it. here they are. because the light is too bright, you will see that this one looks more orangy. but it’s actually an orange nude shade. and the upper one is more of the brownish taupe shade. both of them look so tiny. the last product is this set.i’ve got this not by purchasing but by earning points. this set is equivalent to 500 points. this is from ysl.and i still don’t know how to read this. this set was only available in a short period of time on the website and was then out of stock. it includes a mascara, a primer, a tint lipstick and a fragrance sample, black opium.
the mascara and the primer are packed inside beautiful golden boxes. the lipstick are not.and it is too small. like mini size. it doesn’t have any color. i’ve already swatched this at sephora, but i ignored this right away. firstly, it’s too expensive. secondly, the color is nothing special. it’sjust something to make your lips look glossier. this is like a glossy lipstick, but it hasa thinner texture and is not sticky. actually, it does feel sticky. with barelyany color displayed. i don’t know if you can see it because it’snot pigmented.
however, i must admit that ysl lipsticks alwayssmell something like fruits, which is very gentle and special, like the lipstick or thevolupte shine that is slightly glossy. this one makes me want to keep opening andsmelling it. the smell is not too artificial, is like natural,sweet, gentle, aromatic. this smells freakin’ good.but i don’t like the lipstick. and the swatch of makeup revolution is notdry. so it must not be a matte liquid lipstick. tadahh! mission accomplished!if you want me to review any of these products, please comment down below.i will spend time using it, and making a review on it. please also tell me if you like this haul topic and want me to do another one.
