sat nam. welcome! my name is lotus anne and i want to share a meditation with you today and the reason is, that the first thing i intuitively heard this morning, when i opened my eyes was the message: get to work i could immediately sense this wave of fear and immediately i became conscious of when i logged into facebook, that is wasn't just an energy floating in the air but that the energy had manifested into the form of status opdates
scrolling down my news page so there is this heavy vibration of fear in the air and this is very interesting because, when i look out my window, i see snow and snow has always been a symbol of healing and cleaning because water is healing and cleaning so at the same time, the world has been cleaned up outside my window and at the same time, there is this energy of fear in the air and this of course made me question the universe
and the next thing i heard and downloaded was: 'poke, provoke, confront and elevate' and this information was very interesting because this is a mantra, that i first heard when i was training to become a kundalini yoga teacher and it kind of represents a kundalini yoga teachers most important task to poke the ego, provoke the ego, confront the ego and elevate the person and what i heard was that because everything outside us, mirror everything inside us the univers is able to do the same - the univers can poke,provoke,confront and elevate
and sometime the univers likes to do that and that show up in our life right know in the form of a specific man, who has poked alot of people, provoked alot of people and now is confronting alot of people, yesterday and today because he makes a reality real and some aspects of the world and humanity real which many people didn't believed to be possible today. so a confrontation has happened the world has been surprised, and the consciousness has shifted
because something happened, which many didn't thought to be possible and didn't expected and what i feel we are being invited to work with today, is to realize, that power only exist, because we serve it with our energy and alot of power is served by support, but also by fear and everything outside us, is a reflection of our inside world that dosn't mean you are like the person outside you but it means that the person tricks some aspects of you and what i feel right now, is that the aspect of people that is very tricked right now
is fear and one of the sides to highvibe life, is all about is to choose love instead of fear because fear is one of the mos low-vibrating feelings it is one of the most heavy feelings and the more we are able to let go of fear the more we can live a fearless life the less are we controlled by the outside confrontations we are only able to be confrontet
if we choose to be confrontede and we are only able to accept the confrontation if the confrontation tricks and aspect of us that we still need to heal and love and an aspect of me i feel is rising to the surface is fear. and this is a meditation to heal fear and let go of fear. because when we let go of fear then the outside happenings is not really able to control us
when we let go of fear, it is easier to live and act from our higher vibrations no matter what happens outside us. no matter how chaotic it is no matter how provoking the happenings in the world is no matter how confronting the world is we are able to stand in our truth and act the way we feel is true just because another person radiates and provoke fear
it doesn't mean you need to do the same you can be the balancing to that energy of fear if you feel alot of fear in the world then be love in the world. be loving. then be this mountain rooted ind the earth, radiating love because, the reason we act so much on fear is because fear isn't true to us, because love is true to us the reason fear is such a heavy feeling, is because the vibration of fear, is heavier than our vibration because our vibration is closer to the vibration of love.
in other words: fear is not true to us but fear is something we can choose to radiate and you can choose to radiate fear, but you can also choose to let go of fear. and instead radiate what you wish to see in the world i think it was michael jackson who said that we need to begin with the person in the mirror and so it is. what do you want? do you want fear? or do you want love? joy?
begin by being, what you wish the world to be elevate yourself and your vibration we have been poked, provoked and confronted now is the time to elevate ourself it is time to elevate the world poke, provoke, confront, elevate and that was the message i downloaded and i feel like sharing with you and that is why i want to share a meditation
that is called ganpati kriya, which can be translated to ganesha who is this symbol of everything being possible and we are able to move through all confrontations and everything is possible and what this kriya does, is that it removes all negativity, and those heavy feelings, that doesn't supports us anymore so we can move forward with love, truth, joy and everything we wish the world to be,
and the way the meditation is described, is that it removes all negativity from yesterday and today so that we can have a positive tomorrow come sitting straight, with a straight spine our focus is on the tip of our nose so our eyes is 1/10 open, looking at the tip of our nose, so we are able to sense the tip of our nose we can almost see the tip of our nose, but not fully. and while we focus on the tip of the nose, we are going to use a mudra and the mudra is
we are going to use the mantra: sa ta na ma ra ma da sa sa se so hung and this mantra is made of some of the primary and healing sounds of the univers sa ta na ma means that which always exists, life, death and rebirth ra ma da sa means the sun, the masculine energy the moon, the mother, the nursing and healing energy the earth and beyond infinity sa se so hung means to connect micro cosmos with macro cosmos
the ego, the tiny self connected to the higher self, the bigger picture, the all, always existing beyond we will listen to some music which will guide our chanting and then it is all about sitting with a straight spine, focusing on the tip of the nose with the eyes 1/10 opened the hands resting on the knees, while we slowly let our thump slide from finger to finger while we sing the mantra out loud
this meditation is called: making the impossible possible inhale deeply and exhale completely inhale deeply, and hold exhale completely be ready to chant and let the thump slide from finger to finger inhale, hold the breath, contract the cervic, let the energy rise and exhale and inhale, and start to move while holding the breath
and stretch like you are trying to let all tension go and when you can't hold the breath anymore, you exhale inhale again, and do this 4 more time 2 more times, try really moving the body try to reach all the little muscles and help the body to let go of all tension last time focus on the tip of the nose, do long deep breathing, and start to meditate you are still
you are in a meditative state of being the breath is just floating naturally you are looking at the nose, and the hands is in gyan mudra inhale, hold the breath contract the cervic and you exhale and you inhale, hold the breath, and start to move the body let go of tension and when you aren't able to hold the breath anymore, you exhale
inhale again, two more time shake all the muscles, letting go of tension and inhale, focusing on the tip of the nose, holding the breath this meditation is called to make the impossible possible and it removes all fear from yesterday and today so that we can live a positive next moment no matter what happens in the world, outside us
we are always able to choose our vibration and if something outside you is lowering your vibration make you focus on heavy feelings like fear, sorrow, sadness and so on then it is okay to back off until you are back in a high vibration state of wellbeing where you is feeling peace, satisfaction and joy. you are responsible for your vibration you are responsible for what you radiate
what you feel, and what your are and it is okay to take care of your vibration is okay to take a break, and balance yourself maybe by doing this meditation to raise your vibration if you feel shocked or is feeling fear and you have free will to choose whatever vibration you want to live in no matter if you choose fear or love. it is you're choice what energy you want to live in
